– Delivery time will be determined when AVADAR confirms the order (Applied from Monday to before 3:00 PM every Friday).

– In case of late delivery, AVADAR will immediately compensate for a voucher worth 100,000 VND (applicable for orders of VND 1,000,000 and more).

POLICY OF RETURN

  • All products at AVADAR are manufactured by Hiep Phu Joint Stock Company with materials from Bentonite mines in Tam Bo, Di Linh, Lam Dong. All of them are undergo a strict selection process to ensure that buyers receive the best quality products.
  • Customer is able to return within 7 days from the date of purchase for the following cases:
    • The product is defective due to manufacturer
    • The product is not intact during transport
    • The product received is incorrect like orders
    • The product is expired
    • The product is still in packaging, labeled and unused.
